Delete your account

Immediate, permanent, and entirely yours to do. Nobody has to approve it.

You will be asked to sign in first, because only you can delete your own account — and then to type DELETE to confirm.

Or do it from inside the app

Open Assay and sign in.
Tap Settings in the top bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in
Your name, email, country and currency
Every month, every line, and every extra you have written
Your buckets and your monthly subscriptions
Every friendship, in both directions, and your friend code

Nothing is retained, and there is nothing to restore from. The only exception is encrypted disaster-recovery backups, which are kept for up to 14 days and rotate out on their own; they are never used to bring an individual account back.

If something goes wrong

Email [email protected] from the address on the account and it will be deleted by hand.
